In 1991 we left outdoor power products with Martyn in Manchester to go home to Sheffield to stay at ours. Rain when we left but typically snowing a blizzard on the Woodhead pass. By the time me Martyn and Linda had reached the summit we were in four foot of snow following a hole created by a snow blower. In the back of the car was our last minute shopping. As the car was on full heater we suddenly remembered we had bought choc ices and reached into the back of the subaru and had to hurredly eat them all as they were melting as our journey had now turned into an arctic survival test . The memory of that evening sitting in a tunnel of snow eating choc ices always makes us laugh and will live on forever.
